Domestic UK Shipping
All UK orders are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class Post or, on larger orders we also send via Royal Mail Standard Parcel Service, Recorded Delivery or Courier ( to protect both you and us ) . We will choose the most cost effective service depending on the size of your order. If you require a timed service (e.g. Next Day or Special Delivery then please contact us prior to ordering and we'll see if we can help.
The cost of post and packaging is relative to the weight of your order. We add a small amount for packaging but endeavour to ensure that your only pay what is reasonable in realtion to Royal Mail's / Courier's current pricing.

International Shipping
Carriage is payable on all overseas orders. Please make sure you enter the appropriate destination at the checkout. Simiarly we only charge was is reasonably fair against your order. Any shipment exceeding 3Kg will require us to e-mail you with a quotation, upon acceptance and payment of this we will ship your order.

Delivery
We will normally process your order within 2 working days, however please allow 3-5 days for delivery within theUK and up to 21 Days for European and Rest of the World deliveries.
PLEASE NOTE : Nearly all of our packages are too large to fit through a standard letter box. Royal Mail or the Courier Company should leave a calling card if you are out. If you have not received your order longer than 7 days after receiving your shipping email please contact your local sorting office as your first priority, if you have no luck, then please contact us and we'll raise an investigation to track your delivery.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with an expected delivery date and the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
As stock levels are not listed on our website, should your order be urgent or a more specific delivery date required then please contact us by email and we will be able to advise.
